Meet the Flock

Can you offer one of these parrots a forever home? We try our hardest to match you, and your family, with the right parrot, which will be based on their needs, and yours, so that you can all have a fantastic life together.

Please read all the information on our Rehoming Information Page before you begin and be patient whilst we process your application. Thank you.

George – Mealy Amazon – 3630916

Hello, my name is George and I am a large male Mealy Amazon.

I am a handsome man. My age can make me grumpy sometimes but my age doesn’t stop me from having such a big personality. I am a very loving boy once I learn to trust you. I haven’t really had a loving forever home yet as I need some reassurance that you are nice and I need time to settle. However, I am getting more confident and I might even ask you for a head scratch. If you are extra lucky I will wave at you and say” hello George”… but I think this talent deserves a little treat.

I have taken to men and woman in the past and have no preference. I do tend to pick the one human that I love to call my own. I would love to be the only bird in the house because I have never had a human all to myself before and it would keep me calm and give me some time to bond.

If you do think you have a special place in your home for me, please apply. Make sure you have lots of treats though please !
