For advice and enquiries about domesticated exotic birds, contact the helpline (Mon-Fri, 9 am to 5 pm; closed Sat, Sun, and bank holidays).

Outside these hours, use the helpline only for emergencies (e.g. missing exotic birds and medical emergencies). Please leave a message and we will return your call.

Note: We handle exotic domesticated birds only. Direct wild bird enquiries to the RSPCA or your local wild bird rescue.
