For advice and enquiries about domesticated exotic birds, contact the helpline (Mon-Fri, 9 am to 5 pm; closed Sat, Sun, and bank holidays).

Outside these hours, use the helpline only for emergencies (e.g. missing exotic birds and medical emergencies). Please leave a message and we will return your call.

For general questions about Birdline or our services, please use the contact form to the right. Questions regarding membership and Birdline accounts should be entered HERE and will not be responded to from any entries made using the form on this page

Note: We handle exotic domesticated birds only. Direct wild bird enquiries to the RSPCA or your local wild bird rescue.
